§ 2-3-31. Sources of food and drink.

It shall be unlawful for any person in the county to provide, sell, offer or expose for sale or have in possession with intent to sell, any food or drink product that is not from an approved source. The county health director or his designee is hereby authorized to prohibit the sale of a product which is not from an approved source. A stop-sale order shall be issued to any individual, firm or corporation offering any product for sale that is not from an approved source. It shall be a violation of this Code for any person who has been issued a stop-sale order to sell or continue to offer for sale such products not from an approved source until such source is approved by the appropriate agency.
