§ 2-3-30. Control of communicable disease.
When the director has reasonable cause to suspect disease transmission from any facility employee, the health director shall secure a morbidity history of the suspected employee or make such other investigation as may be indicated. The director may then require any or all of the following measures:
(1)
Immediate exclusion of the employee from all such facilities;
(2)
Immediate closure of the facility concerned until, in the opinion of the director, no further damage of disease outbreak exists; or
(3)
Restriction of the employee's services to some are of the facility where there would be no danger of transmitting disease.
