Ord. No. 96-021 adopted Apr. 2, 1996, repealed §§ 1-2-7, 1-2-8, which pertained to indemnification of professional engineers and land surveyors and to fees for copies of public records. Such sections were derived from Res. No. 87-26, §§ 1, 2, adopted Feb. 10, 1987; and Res. No. 91-09, §§ 4—6, adopted Jan. 15, 1991.
