§ 1-2-114. Committee procedures.

  • The committee shall have the power to elect its chairman and to establish Rules of Procedure regarding the operation of the committee as necessary to accomplish the committee's purposes, subject always to the authority of the board of county commissioners. The recording secretary shall take care to publish public notice of committee meetings, to record meetings and actions of the committee, and to provide a copy of the minutes to the board of county commissioners. The committee may request technical or administrative support through the county administrator, who may furnish such assistance as he deems proper.
