§ 1-2-115. Member attendance.

In order for the committee to carry out its duties and responsibilities to the best of its ability, it is necessary for all members to attend all meetings. Therefore, any member who has been absent from three (3) or more meetings in a calendar year shall automatically be deemed to have tendered his or her resignation from the committee.
