§ 1-10-136. Minors prohibited.

(a)

It shall be a violation of this article for an operator of a sexually oriented business, regardless of whether it is licensed under this article, to knowingly, or with reason to know, permit, suffer, or allow:

(1)

Admittance to the sexually oriented business of a person under eighteen (18) years of age;

(2)

A person under eighteen (18) years of age to remain at the sexually oriented business;

(3)

A person under eighteen (18) years of age to purchase goods or services at the sexually oriented business; or

(4)

A person under eighteen (18) years of age to work at the sexually oriented business as an employee.
