§ 4-3-255. Advisory board.

The board of county commissioners hereby establishes an advisory board for the Barrier Islands Fire Service Unit and said Board shall be governed by the provisions contained in sections 4-1-16 through 4-1-23 in article II, chapter 4-1 of the Code of Laws and Ordinances of Charlotte County, Florida.

Ord. No. 2017-046, § 1, adopted Oct. 10, 2017, repealed the former § 4-3-255 and enacted a new section as set out herein. The former § 4-3-255 pertained to financing and derived from Ord. No. 90-71, § 5, adopted Dec. 18, 1990.
