§ 2-5-4. Hours of Alligator Creek Salinity Barrier.

It shall be unlawful for any person to be upon, loiter upon or remain upon the fenced area surrounding, the Alligator Creek Salinity Barrier constructed by the Southwest Florida Water Management District located in Section 28, Township 41 South, Range 23 East, in the county, between the hours of sunset and sunrise of each day.
