§ 2-4-95. Violations.
(a)
It shall be a violation of this ordinance for any person to park a vehicle in a regulated parking zone in any place other than a designated parking space. It shall also be a violation of this ordinance for any person to park a vehicle in a regulated parking zone without payment of the applicable fee or display of a valid annual, temporary, or staff parking pass.
(b)
It shall be a violation of this ordinance to deposit in any parking meter or other parking regulation device anything other than a coin of the United States, or any coin that is bent, cut, torn, battered or otherwise misshapen. It is also a violation for any unauthorized person to remove, deface, tamper with, open, break, destroy or damage any parking meter or other parking regulation device. It is also a violation for any person willfully to manipulate any parking meter or other parking regulation device in such a manner that the meter or device is rendered inoperable or does not operate properly.
