§ 2-4-11. Loitering on certain Gasparilla Road bridges prohibited.

(a)

No person shall loiter on the Gasparilla Road Bridges, all according to O.R.B. 39, page 178 and O.R.B. 1, page 147 of the Official Records of Charlotte County, in such manner as to obstruct the free passage of pedestrians or vehicles or in such a manner as to warrant a justifiable and reasonable alarm or immediate concern for the safety of persons or property lawfully traversing said bridges.

(b)

Violations of this section shall be punished as provided in F.S. chapter 316.

Ord. No. 82-13, §§ 2, 3, pertained to loitering on certain Gasparilla Road Bridges and the penalty for conviction thereof. Such provisions did not specify manner of codification, but have been included at the request of the county and designated by the editor as § 2-4-11. Sec. 1 of such ordinance pertained to speed limits in the same locale and is on file and available for inspection in the office of the clerk to the board of county commissioners.
