§ 2-3-84. Meetings.

The MAC shall meet once a quarter. The meetings shall be conducted at each of the local hospitals on a rotating basis or other locations as determined by committee members. The members of the MAC shall be present at every meeting and, if not available, shall have their alternate present. The director or his designee of the county emergency medical services department and the emergency medical services in-service training coordinator or his designee are hereby designated as the official county liaisons to the MAC and as such shall attend all meetings of the MAC in order to provide any information which is requested. The emergency medical services department shall be responsible to supply the necessary personnel in order to provide services to the MAC, including such services as posting public notices, the taking of minutes and any additional activities directed by the MAC.
