§ 1-6-40. Library property.

Upon the creation of the Charlotte County Law Library, all property which has been or shall be acquired by donation, purchase or other means shall be deemed to be held and used by said board as a charitable trust for the benefit and use of the inhabitants of Charlotte County, and shall be exempt from all taxation.
