§ 1-6-39. Library fund.

  • All funds which shall be received by the clerk of the circuit court under provisions of sections 3 and 4 [see section 1-6-38] hereof shall be set apart by the county commissioners of Charlotte County in a fund to be known as [the] "Charlotte County Law Library Fund," and shall be expended by the said commissioners upon request of the board for other uses and purposes provided in this act [this article]. All funds placed in the said Charlotte County Law Library Fund which shall be unexpended at the end of any fiscal year shall be carried forward from year to year.
