§ 1-3-1. Business hours.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, consume or permit to be served or consumed any alcoholic beverages in any place within the unincorporated area of the county holding a license under the state division of alcoholic beverages and tobacco between the hours from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on every day of the week. To the extent that this section conflicts with the provisions of F.S. section 562.14(1), the provisions of this section shall control.
