§ 1-3-2. Recreational facilities.

It shall be unlawful for any person to be in possession or have possession of or to consume any alcoholic beverages within one thousand (1,000) feet of the playing or spectator area of any softball diamond owned and maintained and operated as a recreational facility by the county, or within one thousand (1,000) feet of any point of the exhibition track of any horse arena maintained and operated as a recreational facility by the county located in the west half of Section 9, Township 41, South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida.
