Ord. No. 96-019, § 1, adopted Apr. 2, 1996, repealed §§ 1-12-2, 1-12-3, which pertained to the authorization and validation of solid waste franchises. Such sections were derived from Laws of Fla., Ch. 63-1205, §§ 1, 2.
