§ 1-11-23. Same—Application; fee; bond.

The sponsor or promoter of an outdoor festival shall submit an application for a license to hold such outdoor festival in writing to the county commission, or its authorized representative, not less than ninety (90) days prior to the first scheduled date of such outdoor festival. The application for such license shall be accompanied by a license fee calculated at the rate of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day for each day that the outdoor festival shall continue and by a cash or surety bond in an amount to be determined by the county commission, or its authorized representative, conditioned upon the payment by the sponsor or promoter of all costs of anticipated property damage and refuse collection.
