§ 1-10-177. Construction, fire, and safety codes.

(a)

A franchised cable operator shall construct, operate, maintain, remove, replace, or restore the cable system in strict compliance with all current and applicable technical codes adopted by the county, the state, or the United States.

(b)

The codes referred to are technical codes that are standard and customary to the cable industry including, but not limited to, building, construction, fire, safety, health, and zoning codes.
