The franchised cable operator shall save the county harmless from all loss sustained
by the county on account of any suit, judgment, execution, claim or demand whatsoever
arising from the ownership, construction, repair, replacement, maintenance and operation
of the cable television system. The franchised cable operator agrees to indemnify
and defend the county, its officers, boards, commissions, agents and employees from
any and all claims by any persons whatsoever for damages of any sort whatsoever including
damages to personal property, personal injury or for copyright infringements in any
amounts whatsoever rising from or alleged to have arisen from the granting of a franchise
or the operation of the franchised cable operator under the terms of this article.
