§ 1-10-130. Changing name of a sexually oriented business.

(a)

No licensee may change the name of a sexually oriented business unless and until he satisfies each of the following requirements:

(1)

Gives the community development department thirty (30) days' notice in writing of the proposed name change;

(2)

Pays the community development department a change of name fee in the amount set by resolution of the board of county commissioners; and

(3)

Complies with F.S. § 865.09.
