§ 4-7-283. Territory.

The territory included within the unit shall include only the following portions of the unincorporated area of Charlotte County, more particularly described as follows:

A portion of Port Charlotte Subdivision Section 54, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, pages 68A thru 68E of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. Said portions being:

Lots 1 thru 13, Lot 15, Lots 17 thru 42, Lot 44, Lots 46 thru 74, Lot 76, Lots 78 thru 110, Lot 112, Lots 114 thru 150, Lot 152, Lots 154 thru 190, Lot 192, Lots 194 thru 227, and Lot 229, Block 1700; Lots 1 thru 9, Lot 11, Lots 13 thru 32, Lot 34, Lots 36 thru 58, Lots 60 and 61, Lots 63 thru 88, Lot 90 and Tract A, Block 1864.
