§ 4-7-196. Unit established.

Pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 125.01(1)(q), 125.01(5)(a), and 197.363, Florida Statutes (1985), there is hereby established a municipal service benefit unit to be known as the Alligator Creek Waterway Unit. This unit is subject to Section 200.066, Florida Statutes.
