§ 4-7-120. Administrative procedures.

The district is authorized to prosecute in behalf of itself or others any administrative procedures necessary to be followed to carry out any of the activities authorized or contemplated by this act [this article] and to pay the reasonable expenses thereof, including, but not limited to any bulkhead line and dredge and fill procedures required by law to be completed. The district may contract with other agencies or public or private persons to perform any such activities in its behalf.
