§ 4-7-113. Conveyances to federal agencies.

  • The district is authorized to convey any property or property rights it owns or possesses to the United States or any proper federal agency for any purpose contemplated by this act [this article], with or without consideration, and upon such terms and conditions as the board deems proper. The district is authorized to furnish in connection therewith title evidence, title insurance, hold harmless agreements, and such other assurances as the United States may from time to time request.
