§ 4-7-88. Area.

The territory included within the district shall be all parcels of real estate abutting a platted canal, lake or other waterway within a portion of the unincorporated area of the county, bounded as follows, to wit:

Beginning at the intersection of the north right-of-way line of Westchester Boulevard and the west right-of-way line of Beacon Drive; thence northerly along said west right-of-way line of Beacon Drive to its intersection with the north right-of-way line of Ashton Avenue extended west; thence east along the north right-of-way line of Ashton Avenue and north along the west right-of-way line of Clifford Court to its intersection with the south right-of-way line of Midway Boulevard; thence west along the south right-of-way line of Midway Boulevard to its intersection with the east right-of-way line of Abscott Street; thence south and west along the east and south right-of-way line of Abscott Street to the east right-of-way line of Newbury Street; thence south along the east right-of-way line of Newbury Street to the north right-of-way line of Olean Boulevard; thence west along the north right-of-way line of Olean Boulevard to the west right-of-way line of Conway Boulevard; thence northerly along the west right-of-way line of Conway Boulevard to the centerline of Midway Boulevard; thence west along the centerline of Midway Boulevard to the centerline of Sheehan Boulevard; thence north along the centerline of Sheehan Boulevard to the north line of Section 14, Township 40 South, Range 22 East; thence west along the north line of said Section 14 to the east right-of-way line of Birchcrest Boulevard; thence south along the east right-of-way line of Birchcrest Boulevard to the south right-of-way line of Gladis Avenue extended east; thence west along the south right-of-way line of Gladis Avenue to the east right-of-way line of Elkcam Boulevard; thence south along the east right-of-way line of Elkcam Boulevard to the northeasterly right-of-way line of S.R. 45 (U.S. 41); thence southeasterly along the northeasterly right-of-way line of S.R. 45 (U.S. 41) to the centerline of Easy Street; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Easy Street to the P.C. of a curve to the left; thence southeasterly along the northeasterly lot line of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 1330, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 11, to the west right-of-way line of Fordham Waterway; thence southeasterly across Fordham Waterway to the northwest corner of Lot 26, Block 540, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 7; thence easterly along the northern line of Lot 26, Block 540, to the centerline of Conway Boulevard; thence southwesterly along the centerline of Conway Boulevard to the northeasterly right-of-way line of S.R. 45 (U.S. 41); thence southeasterly along the northeasterly right-of-way line of said S.R. 45 (U.S. 41) to the north right-of-way line of Westchester Boulevard extended west; thence east along the north right-of-way line of Westchester Boulevard to the west right-of-way line of Beacon Drive and the point of beginning;

Also beginning at the intersection of the northeasterly right-of-way line of S.R. 45 (U.S. 41) and the west right-of-way line of Kessler Boulevard; thence north along the west right-of-way of Kessler Boulevard to the north right-of-way line of Quesada Avenue; thence east along the north right-of-way line of Quesada Avenue to the west right-of-way line of West Tappan Zee Drive; thence north and east along the right-of-way line of Tappan Zee Drive to the west right-of-way line of Veronica Street; thence north along the west right-of-way line of Veronica Street to the north right-of-way line of Peachland Boulevard; thence east along the north right-of-way line of Peachland Boulevard to the west right-of-way line of Atwater Street; thence north along the west right-of-way line of Atwater Street to the south right-of-way line of Hillsborough Avenue; thence west along the south right-of-way line of Hillsborough Avenue to a point on the aforesaid south right-of-way line of Hillsborough Avenue, said point being 150 feet west of the west right-of-way line of Bayshore Waterway; thence southwesterly and parallel to the said west right-of-way line of Bayshore Waterway to the north right-of-way line of S.R. 45 (U.S. 41); thence southeasterly along the north right-of-way line of S.R. 45 (U.S. 41) to the easterly right-of-way line of Bowman Terrace; thence southwesterly along said Bowman Terrace right-of-way line to the northern right-of-way line of Biscayne Drive; thence southeasterly along the northern right-of-way line of Biscayne Drive to a point on the aforesaid north right-of-way line of Biscayne Drive, said point being 150 feet southeasterly of the southeasterly right-of-way of Crestwood Waterway; thence northeasterly and parallel with the southeasterly right-of-way line of Crestwood Waterway to the south right-of-way line of S.R. 45 (U.S. 41); thence east along the south right-of-way line of S.R. 45 (U.S. 41) to the east right-of-way line of Jenks Drive; thence south along the east right-of-way line of Jenks Drive extended to the north right-of-way line of S.R. 771; thence northeasterly along the north right-of-way of S.R. 771 to the east right-of-way line of Collingswood Boulevard; thence south along the east right-of-way line of Collingswood Boulevard to the north right-of-way line of Toledo Blade Boulevard; thence east and north along the north right-of-way of Toledo Blade Boulevard to the south right-of-way line of S.R. 45 (U.S. 41); thence southeasterly along the south right-of-way line of S.R. 45 (U.S. 41) to the west right-of-way line of Kessler Boulevard extended south; thence north along the west right-of-way line to the north right-of-way line of S.R. 45 (U.S. 41) and the point of beginning.
