The territory included within the district shall be all parcels of real estate abutting
the waters of Charlotte Harbor or a platted canal, lake or other waterway within a
portion of the unincorporated area of the county bounded as follows, to wit: Beginning
at the intersection of the southerly right-of-way line of S.R. 45 (U.S. 41) and the
west right-of-way line of Lister Street extended north as point of beginning; thence
northwesterly along said southerly right-of-way line of S.R. 45 to its intersection
with the southeasterly right-of-way line of Toledo Blade Boulevard; thence southerly
and west along said southeasterly right-of-way line of Toledo Blade Boulevard to its
intersection with the east right-of-way line of Collingswood Boulevard; thence south
along said east right-of-way line of Collingswood Boulevard to its intersection with
the north right-of-way line of O'Hara Drive; thence east along said north right-of-way
of O'Hara Drive to the centerline of Midway Boulevard; thence north along said centerline
of Midway Boulevard to its intersection with the south right-of-way line of Ackerman
Waterway; thence east and southeasterly along the southerly right-of-way line of Ackerman
Waterway to the waters of the Peace River; thence northerly and easterly along the
shore line of the Peace River to the southeast corner of Lot 4, Block 2101A, Section
36, replatted, Plat Book 6, Page 8; thence easterly and southerly along the shoreline
of the Peace River 339 feet; thence north 741 feet; thence westerly approximately
254 feet to the intersection with the west right-of-way line of Lister Street extended;
thence north along the west right-of-way line of Lister Street to the point of beginning.
