All residential waste shall be placed at the curb or edge of the traveled way prior
to the time designated for collection and shall be in refuse carts, recycling bins,
containers, or tied in bundles.
All residential debris generated from storm events, construction, remodeling or demolition
activity is not included as part of residential sanitation district curb services.
All residential debris generated by construction, remodeling or demolition activity
must be contained by dumpster, or similar containment system to prevent wind blown
littering. This debris must be removed from the property by contractor or person(s)
performing the construction, remodeling or demolition work and taken to an approved
landfill. Failure to contain debris will result in a stop work order and hold on future
building inspections until the site is in compliance with this section.
