§ 4-4-19. Area.

The territory included within the unit shall be the unincorporated area of the county, except for the incorporated area of the City of Punta Gorda, all lands granted agricultural classification under F.S. section 193.461 without residential dwelling units, Little Gasparilla Island, Bird Key, Palm Island, and that portion of the Babcock Ranch Community independent special district located in unincorporated Charlotte County.
