§ 4-3-211. Created.

There is hereby created, pursuant to the authority of F.S. section 125.01(1)(q), a municipal service taxing unit (referred to in this article as the "unit") within the unincorporated area of Charlotte County, Florida, as defined in this article, for the purpose of providing law enforcement services from ad valorem revenues derived from the unit.
