§ 4-3.5-162. Creation.

The Lemon Bay Municipal Service Taxing Unit is hereby created as a new taxing unit which shall be coterminous with the unincorporated areas of the county lying in Lemon Bay, as particularly described in Attachment A [of Ordinance No. 2015-051, on file for reference in the offices of the county].
