§ 4-3.5-102. Location.

The land area in the CDD is bounded on the north by the Butterford Waterway, on the west by Santa Cruz Waterway, on the east by St. Paul Drive and on the south by Abalone Road. The boundaries and legal description of the land area in the CDD are set forth in Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance No. 2006-097 and by reference made a part hereof.
