§ 4-3.5-89. Location.

The land area in the CDD is generally located approximately one-half mile east of Interstate 75 and is bordered by Rampart Boulevard to the north and Nuremburg Boulevard to the east. The boundaries and legal description of the land area in the CDD are set forth in Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance No. 2004-040 and by reference made a part hereof.
