§ 4-3.5-67. Order for expansion.

The Board of County Commissioners of Charlotte County hereby enters the following order:
(1)

The petition for amendment to this chapter 4-3.5, article V, of the Code is hereby ordered approved.

(2)

The boundaries of the district known as the Riverwood Community Development District shall be expanded to include the expansion property more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance No. 2000-025 and incorporated herein.
