§ 4-3.5-64. Sewer and wastewater services outside the district.

If determined necessary by bond counsel for the district, the board will enter into an agreement(s) with the Riverwood Community Development District to provide sewer and wastewater management services to certain outparcels not located within the external boundaries of the district as provided by ordinance of the County.
