§ 4-3.5-21. Budget.

On or before July 1 of each year, the county engineer shall present to the board of county commissioners a tentative budget for the MSTU and each of its divisions. The board shall adopt a budget as county budgets are adopted and shall fund the budget from assessments based upon the front footage of lots in the MSTU or upon the and valorem value of the real property within the MSTU, or from any other source or method of assessment permitted by law.
