§ 4-3.5-17. Territory.

Latest version.

The territory included within the MSTU shall include that portion of the unincorporated area of Charlotte County, particularly described as follows:
(1)

All that part of Section 6, Township 40 South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida, except therefrom the Links, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, on page 18 of the Charlotte County Public Records;

(2)

All that part of Section 7, Township 40 South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida, lying westerly of Kings Highway;

(3)

The north 901 feet of Section 7, Township 40 South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida, lying easterly of Kings Highway and westerly of I-75 right-of-way being 36 acres, more or less.
