§ 3-8-43. County-owned sewer system availability.

  • (a)

    Availability , for purposes of this section 3-8-43, means the county-owned sewer system has adequate permitted capacity to provide sewer service and a sewer line exists in a public easement or right-of-way that abuts the property, or is within one hundred (100) feet of the property as accessed via existing rights-of-way or easements.

    (b)

    Where a county-owned sewer line is located within one hundred (100) feet of the property, the property owner is responsible for all costs necessary to connect the property to the county-owned sewer system.
