§ 3-7-83. Surface water management system.

An adequate drainage system shall be provided for the proper drainage of all surface water runoff, according to plans approved by the county engineer, the South Florida Water Management District and the Southwest Florida Water Management District. This includes all drainage facilities within the limits of the subdivision, plus all off-site facilities necessary to fully and finally discharge all runoff of the twenty-five year frequency, twenty-four-hour duration design storm.
