§ 2-5-150. Legislative findings of fact.

The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses contained herein are hereby adopted as legislative findings of the board of county commissioners and are ratified and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this article upon adoption hereof.
