§ 2-5-149. Authority.

This article is enacted pursuant to F.S. ch. 125 (2013), and under the home rule powers of Charlotte County, and in accordance with the proscriptions on local regulation imposed by the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1461. The provisions of this article shall apply solely within the unincorporated area of Charlotte County.
