§ 2-5-147. Administration and enforcement.

The office of the sheriff shall have the responsibility to administer and enforce all of the provisions of this article, subject to the discretion and powers granted to the office of a county sheriff by common law and general law. The office of the sheriff may adopt rules, policies and procedures necessary for administration and enforcement of the provisions of this article.
