Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 2-5-6. Sale on public property.
It is unlawful to leave unattended any motor vehicle, boat or trailer displaying a "For Sale" sign upon any public property, right-of-way or street that has not been expressly designated for the parking of vehicles by the posting of parking signs or by the striping of streets or curbs.
