§ 2-4-92. Authorization to regulate and charge fees for parking.

The county administrator or his/her designee is hereby authorized to regulate parking and charge fees for parking at county parking areas designated as regulated parking zones in section 2-4-91 of the Charlotte County Code as shall be necessary to aid in the regulation, collection of fees for, and control and inspection for vehicular parking. The parking fees may be charged as determined by the board.
