§ 2-4-23. Same—Enforcement.

(a)

This article shall be enforced by the Charlotte County Sheriff.

(b)

A violation of this article shall constitute a violation under F.S. ch. 316, and shall be enforced in accordance with the provisions of F.S. ch. 318.
