§ 2-4-6. Turns onto Fourth Avenue.

It shall be unlawful for any person operating a motor vehicle from any location on the north side of Fourth Avenue, as shown by the map of Charlotte Harbor, recorded in Plat Book 1, page 3, of the public records of the county, to cause such vehicle to make a left turn into said Fourth Avenue.
