In newly constructed buildings, the inspections also will be used to evaluate the danger of toxic or hazardous chemicals being disposed of through the on-site sewage disposal system in violation of F.S. section 381.0065. These inspections shall be conducted pursuant to the provisions of this Code, and Florida Administrative Code Chapter 10D-6, as amended.
