§ 2-1-56. Plan review fee.

In accordance with F.S. section 252.38(1)(e), and Rule 9G-20 of the Florida Administrative Code, county emergency management agencies are authorized to charge and collect fees for the review of emergency plans. The amount charged will be consistent with Chapter 9G-20 of the Florida Administrative Code, as may be amended from time to time.
