§ 2-1-54. Criteria requirements for format and content of emergency plans.

Criteria requirements for format and content of emergency plan is defined by the Agency for Health Care Administration and used by Charlotte County Emergency Management Office to determine if said plan meets the criteria set forth by the agency. The criteria requirements can be found on the Agency for Health Care Administration website or by request from the Charlotte County Emergency Management Office.
