The Charlotte County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan 2014-2018, as the same
may be amended and approved from time to time by the division of emergency management
of the department of community affairs of the State of Florida, being in all respects
in conformity with federal and state law and regulation, is approved and adopted by
the county. A copy thereof shall be maintained in the offices of the clerk of the
circuit court and of the board.
(b)
Charlotte County's Hazardous Materials Emergency Plan is hereby adopted.
