§ 1.5. Commission agenda.

The official agenda, and supporting documentation in the possession of the county, for every non-emergency meeting of the commission shall be made available seven (7) days before the commission meeting. Items may be added to the agenda by four-fifths vote of the commission or when deemed necessary by the majority in emergency situations.
